Slapping advertising on Instamatic cameras was all the rage in the 80’s as advertisers realized their brands could be pushed on just about anything. You got this one by sending Kraft some box tops + minimal coinage. 110 Kodak film cartridge inside still fresh as a loaf of Velveeta, the never-aging cheese.

Velveeta! ?A Camera! Of course, perfect promotional tie-in (?)
Love your commentary. 🙂
You are the Queen! I’m loving this series.

What are you trying to kill me? Seriously, you should’ve just put up sections of photos of this camera over a period of a few days…this is too much for one KOTD! When creamy is what you crave from a camera…..who knew???? I’m cravin’ it! I’m cravin’ the creamy camera!

I have a camera like this, except it has Hulk Hogan, and he appears in every picture you take.

Wow! That Hulk camera sounds great. Would love to see that on awmok.com so please load it up there if you have time.

Oooh…. that may take awhile. I’ll have to dig through my boxes of toys to find it! But, I’ll work on it.

Velveeta is a guilty pleasure of mine — love the jalapeño variety. I know it’s made from melted Barbi dolls, but I love it.
