If only these puppies remotely tasted like the foodstuff they attempt to mimic I’d be a real happy camper. But, alas, they taste more like sour lemonade than the preferred juicy wienie. The good news is the hard meat shafts sound fantastic when they shake in the can so these wienies have joined the other percussion instruments in my recording studio awaiting the right song to howl through. Guess I’ll just have to pop a bacon gumball to get that hit of meat I need right now.

Gosh Allee, I was going to ask you if they actually had bacon gumballs when I received your post in my email, but, alas, they do! Now when are we going to get turkey flavored jelly bellies?

My all time favorite gum is the cinnamon hotdog gum in a bun. That is the best!!! I still look for it when I go candy shopping for the boyz!!

This brings back memories of an early birthday party at a friends house. He had the most sickeningly realistic looking package of bologna gum. It came in round discs and was vacuform packaged just like the Oscar Meyer sandwich staple. I too was disappointed, even at a young age, in the standard “bubble gum” flavoring. Iove that you take the audible into account with stuff like this. There’s never just one use for good kitch!
