Maybe it’s because so many towering buildings lay abandoned and so many vast spaces where houses once were populate the city, but Detroit is absolutely the best metropolis in the world for street art. Here’s some of it that I passed on my trip there. Though mind you, this represents about 1/1,837,000th of the murals, sculptures, and other expressions of artistic humanity that blanket the city.
